IHR’s mission is to rescue and rehabilitate abused, abandoned, neglected and/or starving horses; to coordinate adoptions into forever homes of rescued horses; to offer equine education and training to horse owners in our community; and to facilitate the surrender of horses referred by State and County Control Officers and agencies.
